FAQ’s for purchasing

1. My credit card won’t work?

Check you have entered the card numbers with no gaps or dashes
Check you have entered the correct numbers
Check you have entered all other details correctly

2. How do I know my order has been accepted?

After entering your credit card details, make sure you click CONFIRM, following the credit card being processed.
You will receive a confirmation email from paymate within 24hrs. If you do not receive this then the order was more than likely not completed unless you entered your email incorrectly.

3. When will they be delivered?

You will receive an email from paymate confirming your payment has been confirmed within 2-3 days.
You will be sent a direct email from me on the day we are posting your order.

4. I’m not comfortable buying online, is there another way?

You can send us a cheque to the address below. Please make sure you include all of your details and the number of books you want. We cannot accept direct credits into the trust account as it is too difficult to manage.
